Job Description
Group Finance Manager – Leeds – £70,000-£80,000 & Bonus

Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering an exciting, fast growing, PE backed business to recruit an exceptional ‘Group Finance Manager’ for a newly created role. The company has seen double digit growth in revenue and EBITDAR for the last 3 years, and have a 5 year plan for this to continue for the next 5 years. The role offers a rare opportunity to establish and develop the financial reporting and compliance capability for a newly formed, fast growing group of businesses. You will take ownership of developing the group management and statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury, financial controls and consolidated management reporting.

Bonus schemeGroup Finance Manager responsibilities include:

Ownership and development of the monthly consolidation and management reporting processes
Ownership of annual statutory compliance processes at consolidated and subsidiary level
Ownership of technical accounting frameworks for the group, including developing an IFRS group accounting manual
Ownership and development of financial and tax risk assessment and control frameworks
Support the development of Netsuite, taking ownership of the group processes and controls, in particularly the consolidation
Owning and developing the short-term liquidity forecasting and reporting
Supporting with future M&A workThe ideal candidate:

Qualified accountant with significant PQE, including group consolidated reporting
Strong IFRS, controls and compliance knowledge
Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data
Experienced people manager
