£30-£45k Basic with a Salary Progression Scheme + Bonus

We are currently on the hunt for a Home Equity Loan Advisor to join the UK's #1 Equity Release Advice company and are looking for ambitious and career driven Equity Release Advisors who can provide professional, specialist advice to our existing and prospective clients.

The successful Home Equity Loan Advisor will have complete flexibility to work across the UK either as a Field Based, Face to Face role or an Office/Home based phone position. Positions can be fully remote or hybrid based at our Head Office in Leeds.

As a Home Equity Loan Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week on a flexible shift basis, typically 9-5.30pm with one late a week 11.30-8pm.

You will have the desire to progress through training to gain your CeRER before you start the position if you don’t already have it & full CAS status will be provided by the company.

You will be contacting clients via pre-qualified appointments to provide equity release advice in line with each individuals objectives and circumstances. Providing clients with comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFIs and in line with the company's best practice, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment.

The ideal Home Equity Loan Advisor will have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as an adviser within the field of regulated financial services, have evidence of sustained performance and compliant practice with a caring and empathetic approach to working with customers
