Job Description
Claims Advisor, Ringwood, £28,000

Role purpose

As Claims Advisor you will provide guidance, support and assistance for this top-tier insurance brokerage, ensuring client claims are processed to a satisfactory conclusion and in a timely manner.

Hybrid working: Monday, Tuesday, Fridays working from home / Wednesday and Thursdays in the office.

Hours are 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

As Claims Advisor your responsibilities will include:

Responding to enquiries from clients, colleagues and insurers
Negotiating with insurers to provide the best solution for clients
Managing the adherence to complaint response times
Ensuring all renewals are actioned with FCA guidelines
Maintaining a sound knowledge of client's industries, businesses, and risks
Navigating and updating manual and IT systems for processing, accounting and administration purposesAs Claims Advisor you must have:

Proven track record working in commercial insurance and claims
Knowledge of primary liability insurance
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Sound understanding of FCA requirements and claims qualification criteria
Strong IT skillsBackground and benefits
