Job Description
Job title: Governance Risk / Lead
Location: Manchester
Duration: 12 Months initially
The Role:
You will Support the development of strategies for efficient implementation of key TPG policies, processes and systems.
Regularly engages with senior stakeholders to understand and drive compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Maintains an overview of all interactions with relevant stakeholders in co-ordination with the Head of TPG Inter-Affiliate, global management, the Legal Department and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the day-to-day interactions with functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure TPG processes are developed and maintained to a standard that is acceptable to regulators and be
responsible for recognising and escalating process issues
Requirements:
Experience working within the Banking industry
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Governance, risk and compliance
AML background
Strong written and verbal communication.
Good problem solving / issue resolution skills.
Good practical I.T. skills, particularly Excel and WordCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
