Fleet Coordinator / Administrator

Standard Office Hours

Howden Office,

Payscale £11.00 P/h

You will support the Fleet Manager in the planning and execution of maintenance and requirements for all vehicles, servicing and supporting systems.

You will maintain, improve and guarantee vehicles are on the road in full operation.

You will be expected to take an active interest in the success of the Company, implement positive on-going change within the maintenance schedule and ensure standards are continually delivered.

The Fleet Co-ordinator will ensure all vehicles are ready for service as per demands, whilst maintaining excellent standards.

Must be able, keen, energetic and a self-starter with ambition to succeed and mature with a growing business. A can-do attitude is a must.

Responsibility for the correct assignment and management of equipment requirements across each region, in line with our client's low-cost model KPI's.
Responsibility for ensuring the appropriate controls is in place for maximising safety relating to shift and driving times.
Ensure the continuous improvement of systems and processes relating to the logistical planning elements of site delivery.
Is a capable and proven Administrator, who is able to use MS Excel with easeRequirements:

Previous experience of work planning and scheduling processes in a busy operations environment.
Proven experience of high-level planning and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proven experience of strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
Strong analytical skills paired with high levels of attention to detail.
Experience of using a fleet management software is ideal though not required
