Financial Controller – Angus
Permanent Appointment
Up to £75,000 per annum + Benefits

Nicholas Hendry has partnered with a growing business, based in the Angus area that is looking to add to their established finance team. We are currently hiring for a Financial Controller to form part of the senior leadership within the finance team and provide direct support to the head of finance.

This is a highly visible role across the organisation & the successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the head of finance and wider ownership group.

Responsibilities

This is a position that would best suit a Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Ideally, you will have prior working knowledge of:

* Management accounts production

* Consolidation and MI reporting to board level

* Preparing and reviewing cashflows, budgets and supporting year-end audit

* Review and improve existing financial controls and reporting systems internally

* Business Partner with various non-finance stakeholders across the group businesses to support and promote financial transparency within the UK business

* Financial analysis and reporting

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent role with an established, respected and growing business based in Angus, the post comes with a range of flexible benefits and salary remuneration up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
