Job Description

In this group Financial Controller role your intellectual agility, ability to manage change and outstanding communication skills will be challenged daily as you balance the interests of semi-autonomous companies across the group. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will quickly be able to build trust and inspire confidence to manage our internal and external audit process, and contribute to tax reporting as the Financial Controller of Prodrive Holdings Limited.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the Management Accounts production along with initial review
* Consolidate monthly financials, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
* Production of Board pack along with reports for Exec team plus commentary
* Lead annual Audit from preparation through to signed Statutory Accounts
* Year End consolidation for the Group
* Preparation of tax packs at Year End
* R&D Tax Relief Reporting
* Oversee the monthly and quarterly VAT returns
* Support the business Finance Managers
* Engaging with senior staff across the business to drive best practice
* Continuous improvement projects & process development across business

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) with ACCA or CIMA qualification. You will have robust management accounts experience with solid technical exposure. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels will be essential in this role.
