Job Description
Our client is a growing and profitable Medical / Healthcare Recruitment company that works across both Private and Public Sectors . They work across all levels from high volume Rota Staff through to Senior Professionals within the Healthcare / Medical sector.

Due to growth and some changes, they are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their business either Part Qual or Qualified.

This role with report into a senior leadership position and potentially manage a couple of accounts assistants. You will have a variety of duties including month end accounting and some analysis to help the business, management of general ledger and reconciliations.

* Being part of the teams responsibility for maintaining accurate accounting records.

* Adhering to UK GAAP.

* Supporting the team in developing continuous improvement across processes and controls.

* Using appropriate and high quality written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

* Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the Company

This is a varied role that can offer progression and an exciting business to be part of.

You will be a proactive person who enjoys making improvements, has excellent communication and presentation skills and a good knowledge of Systems and Excel.

This is a role that offers 1 Day working from home and 4 days in their new offices. Parking on-site and 10 -12 mins walk from Luton Airport Parkway Train station
