Finance Assistant – Term Time only plus one week

Tonbridge / Kent
Salary up to £22,000 FTE + Benefits

CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a leading organisation within the Education Sector. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is looking to work full time but have the school holidays off.

This role will be supporting the Head of Finance and Finance Manager in all aspects of financial processes.

The successful Finance Assistant candidate will have a positive and flexible approach while managing a diverse and demanding workload and be highly motivated, enthusiastic, analytical and innovative.

FINANCE ASSISTANT REQUIRED SKILLS: 

Good written and numerical skills
An accountancy or book-keeping qualification
Experience of financial procedures and control systems
Experience of purchase ledger systems, cash handling and banking procedures
Experience of managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Knowledge of PS Financials, SIMS, HCSS and Pebble is desirable
SALARY: 

Salary up to £22,000 FTE

Actual salary up to £18,740, 37 hours per week, term time only plus one week

BENEFITS:
Pension Scheme, Health Care, On Site Parking and Free refreshments
 
HOURS:  
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

LOCATION: 
Tonbridge / Kent 
With additional travel to another site in Sevenoaks required.
