Job Description
We're looking for a part time Finance Assistant to work at our Burnt Tree Island office for 12 hours per week over 3 days. £12 per hour
We are looking for a logical and organised Finance Assistant with a great sense of humour. You will be a natural communicator, happy to pick up the phone up and build relationships. You are motivated with great attention to detail.
You understand that as a small business we need to muck in and make stuff happen. You want to be part of the action but are looking for something that gives you some work life balance. You plough through tasks and like the feeling of getting the job done.
You are happy to work as part of a small team, within a dynamic and progressive company. You will have previous experience as a Finance Assistant. Knowledge of Xero is desirable.
Based in the company's satellite office, as the Finance Assistant, you will support the business by
– Assisting with weekly payroll and reports
– Dealing with real time queries
– Issuing paperwork to Limited Company contractors
– Monitoring missed timesheets
– Assisting with processing deadlines
-Issuing invoices and coding timesheets
