Senior Finance Business Partner – Reading – Up to £55,000 – Car Allowance – Hybrid

IN2 Consult are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a key client of ours in the Reading area. Our client is looking for someone with advanced Excel skills, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a changing workload, displaying good initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Timely and accurate completion of management accounts
Highlighting and minimising key business risks using understanding of balance sheet analysis
Partnering with Operations Managers to prepare full annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Analysis and presentation of complex financial information to key senior stakeholders
Provide forward-looking insight using experience of the past using financial and business skills
Working closely with senior management teams in order to drive business performance
Detailed analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making
Management of a Finance Business Partner who will be studying their accounting qualification, playing a key role in their development
