The company is located in the heart of Wilmslow (with parking paid for), close to the train station and looking to add to their finance function with an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator, ideally who has experience of processing transactions and ensuring funds are allocated accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

If you’ve got experience of working within the Insurance sector, then great – if not, you’ll need to have a proven track record – 1 year is fine – of tracking the movement of funds from supplier to customer and vice versa – in accordance with industry regulations – all whilst fostering great professional relationships and maintaining the exceptionally high standards people have come to expect when dealing with this organisation.

 The Finance Administrator will support the wider Finance team processing information and transactions ensuring a high level of accuracy and productivity.

The role will also assist with purchase and sales ledger processing, administrative and other finance related duties enabling the smooth running of the finance department.

Do you think you can :

•             Efficiently and accurately register data in a timely manner

•             Liaise with other companies, internal departments and employees as appropriate in order to minimise the inconvenience to the customer and maximise the efficiency of the Finance Department

•             Ensure Clients and Business Partners are provided with regular and timely updates

•             Make sure the in-house system is updated with information from our Clients and Business Partners

•             Assist with financial enquiries in an efficient and precise manner

•             To assist in matters of credit control       

•             Deal with daily banking / payment requirements

•             To comply with all risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
