Finance Administrator Job in LE65, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire

Job Description
Our client is a household name in their field and they presently have an opportunity for a 6 month FTC based in Ashby. They are seeking an Finance Administrator to provide vital support to the manager with ownership of the end to end process for Export/Intercompany related logistics costs.

General duties will include:

* Reconciliation of freight forwarder statements

* Maintaining cost documents for all shipments leaving the UK

* Managing monthly reconciliation of all export logistics costs

* Preparation of quarterly sundry logistics invoices for all intercompany regions

* Lending support with month end processes

* Ensuring compliance with statutory and group accounting procedures

This is a 6 month contract and requires someone with great organisational skills. You should have proven experience of working in a finance environment and demonstrate your ability to work with a high number of invoices. Our client would consider a AAT qualified or graduate level candidate.
