Customer Care Advisor plus CII degree Job in Taunton, Somerset
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to work for a company in Taunton that is massively expanding. This company will train you to an Advisor status within insurance, and offers a salary of up to £25k per annum.
You will also gain a degree on the job which doesn't cost you a penny and you complete in work time.
You must have previous customer service experience or have worked in a hospitality related role and live within a commutable distance of Taunton.
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 5pm
* Every other Saturday morning until 12pm
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Dealing confidently with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships
Requirements:
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic ability
* Up-selling and cross selling to customers over the telephone
* Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualification
