Credit Controller Job in Rushden, Northamptonshire
Job Description
An experienced Credit Controller is required to join our client’s growing team in their fast paced business.
This role is offered with the opportunity for career progression due to growth within the group.
You will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for your share of the sales ledger, managing day to day enquiries and collection of outstanding B2B debt.
Specific duties will include:
* Timely and effective collection of all debts – business to business.
* Allocating customer payments.
* Checking customer’s credit ratings with banks.
* Negotiating re-payment plans.
* Resolving credit control queries.
* Posting and allocating daily receipts.
* Maintaining and building strong client relationships.
* Financial reporting on Excel.
You must have a good understanding of credit control processes with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be IT literate.
