Client Services Administrator – High Street Banking
£35,000 + excellent benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join an Investment Management in a brand new role due to team expansion. As Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of our administrative relationship with clients and potential clients.

You will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar client-facing admin role. 

Banking experience is ESSENTIAL.

THE ROLE:

Answering client queries effectively and promptly
Meeting and assisting all clients visiting the offices
Diarising and chasing correspondence 
Checking letters for accuracy
Issue of letters and other correspondence
Tracing and dealing with lost client payments and correspondence
Chasing unpresented cheques
Managing the CRM system 
KYC administration for new clients
Skills/Experience

Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a client facing administration role within High Street Banking preferably
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Client focused
Good IT skills – Word, Excel
