Our client is a family run South Coast-based financial advice business, priding itself on offering honest financial advice and wealth management services. It’s seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the first point of contact for its operations and to co-ordinate relations between customers, financial planners and paraplanners.

This is a non-advising role, but there are still a wide range of administrative, organisational and customer service responsibilities, from scanning and allocating post and managing the Christmas card list, to organising annual reviews and producing accurate portfolio valuations. You’ll be positive, able to work individually and within the team, and excel at prioritising and planning your workload.

Above all, you’ll ensure that clients are serviced to the highest level.

You’ll have at least two years’ experience working as an administrator and working within a financial planning environment. Previous PA experience, together with relevant qualifications (R01, LP2 etc) are desirable.
