Claims Handler

A very successful Company within the Insurance industry is looking for an experienced Third-Party Motor Claims Handler, due to their continued growth.

Working in a highly professional environment you will be skilled at building rapport with customers whilst working quickly and efficiently, giving your customers and Clients the best possible Claims experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Third-Party Claims Handler role include:

Manage your own caseload of Claims, in accordance with company procedures
Settle Third Party Claims as economically and efficiently as possible
Adhering to your personal authority limits and referring for authorisation above that, if required
Ensure Customers are kept up to date with the progression of their claim
Determine and maintain up to date and accurate database of all claimants' detailsTo be successful in the Third-Party Claims Handler role you will need to demonstrate:

Existing experience within a Motor Claims background
Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
Methodical and accurate approach to work
Strong attention to detail and natural problem solving abilitiesThis is a hybrid role which will allow you the flexibility of working in the office and at home
