Job Description
An Assistant Accountant is required for a manufacturing company based in Warwickshire. A salary of up to £35,000 is offered, depending on experience.

The role is an initial 6-month contract, with the view to going permanent.

This company will offer study support if you are completing AAT, CIMA or ACCA.

You will join the Financial Controller and Accounts Assistant in looking after the finances for the business. You will keep the ledger up to date, assist with audits, prepare budgets and reports and gather financial information for internal use. You will complete weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and collect and make payments.

Skills Required
The Assistant Accountant will ideally have the following experience:

–          Studying towards a full accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
–          Proven experience in a similar role
–          Good knowledge of cost accounting, reporting, risk analysis and budgeting

Location
Warwickshire – Hybrid working after a probation period is met
Commute from Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester
