Job Description
Admin Role

£22k + £4k bonus

Main responsibilities will be to assist in the processing and monitoring of all in-bound customer enquiries, to ensure our excellent level of customer care is maintained and our CRM system is updated efficiently and in a timely manner, adhering to all industry regulations, including GDPR.

Responsibilities will include:

• Input all prospective leads onto our database, capturing the data accurately

• Respond to client enquiries introducing our advisers in a timely and professional manner

• Process and log all client feedback and report on any issues identified

• Monitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clients

• Help monitor mortgage review dates and activity to adhere to deadlines

• Monitor and report back on adviser workflow activity

• Compile reports on enquiry activity on a weekly / monthly & annual basis

• Assist the Corporate Account Managers in compiling Management information reports for corporate partners

We are looking for someone who is hard working, trustworthy, a true team player, proactive in their approach to learning and development, highly computer literate and articulate.

This position would suit either a college leaver looking to take their first step into the corporate world or an experienced Administrator who would like a new challenge. The role currently involves flexible working patterns, with part home-working and part office-based, though this is likely to become more office based in time, and so the willingness to work from the London office location for 5 days per week is required.

Working hours are Mon – Thurs 09.00-17.30, Friday 09.00-17.00
