Job Description
Our client based locally to Weybridge is seeking a temporary AP person to support with accounting duties.

Duties:

To receive and input invoices from suppliers
To reconcile supplier's statements to purchase ledger
To keep on top of approvers to ensure invoices are authorised in a timely manner
Reconcile credit card statements and payables & revenue bank accounts
To prepare remittances as required
To resolve invoice queries in liaison with suppliers, colleagues and customers
Accruals and prepayments & journal postingExperience:

Experience in a similar accounting role
Confident working towards deadlines
Strong communication skills
