Job Description
My client are an award winning construction company based in Biggin Hill and due to growth are looking for a Finance Manager to join the finance team.

Must have a construction background!

Description

* Preparation of monthly management

* Production of year end statutory accounts

* Production of commentary pack to present to board

* Cash-flow forecasting

* Monitoring of any project funded loans

* Business partnering and relationship management

* Monthly project reporting to directors

* Provide support to other members of the team Profile

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or equivalent

* Experience working within the housing / construction industry desirable

* Intermediate / advanced excel skills

* Strong business partnering and relationship building skills
