Accounts Administrator
£25,000 – £26,000 per annum
Brentwood, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

*You MUST be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the business.

My client, a well-established construction-based business located in the outskirts of Brentwood, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working within a busy team, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Day to day processing of invoices and payment applications
Dealing with customer account queries
Liaising with the operations team to resolve queries
Dealing with customer online portals
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Purchase and sales ledger duties
Chasing Purchase OrdersSkills & experience required:

Proven experience in an account's role
Excellent administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent understanding of Excel
A positive and friendly, can-do attitude
Ability to follow complex process's
A team player
