Working Capital Manager Job in Birmingham, West Midlands (County)
Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Birmingham who are recruiting for a Working Capital Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be on a hybrid/remote basis and to be successful, you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
* Ensuring that the working capital team provide excellent customer service
* Mentoring and coaching members of the team
* Working with other senior members of the company to enhance the processes to improve client experience and efficiency
* Managing both revenue control and credit control
* Ensuring debt levels are controlled
* Helping with any other ad-hoc tasks within the working capital team
You will have:
* Management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
