Trainee Payroll Officer £20,000 to £22,500 plus benefits

My client is a leading independent accountancy practice in Sheffield who is going from strength to strength. Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit someone to join their payroll team and learn and develop into the role .

Key responsibilities include:

Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis on behalf of clients
Calculating SMP, SSP and Holiday pay.
Dealing with RTI and Auto-enrolment.
Sending BACs and Cheques Payments
Knowledge of Sage and a good level of excel skills is important
You should be really interested in working in payroll and have some skills and or experience to demonstrate you are good with numbers, are accurate and can work to tight deadlines. You will be looking to join a and be looking to join a well-established firm who can train and develop you into the role. This is a busy role and working within a small friendly team.
