Job Description
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting an industry leading developer in their search for a talented Technical Coordinator for a their flagship scheme in East London. Employing just shy of 2,000 people and implementing an exceptional quality of service for over 50 years, they uphold a solid reputation within the industry.

As a result of repeated success and numerous industry accolades, our client is eager to strengthen their technical team in their mission to take on exciting, challenging residential projects of high value. You will be responsible for providing technical support and overseeing technical aspects of all sites to ensure any issues or concerns are highlighted and reported to the Senior Technical Co-ordinator as soon as they are identified to ensure smooth running for the team.

An excellent, experienced technical team will ensure that you are welcomed in to a culture of fair and flexible working, in order to feel valued and comfortable as an employee.

Essential experience:

Knowledge of building regulations and planning systems.
Experience working as a Technical Coordinator within construction or experience working in a consultancy.
Project running experience and able to manage a team effectively.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator to showcase their skill-set across a range of large, exciting projects, with plenty of scope for progression within the role.
