Job Description
We have a great Receptionist/Team Assistant role based in the heart of Mayfair, London in a boutique Hedge Fund.
The Receptionist/Team Assistant role is a really exciting place for someone with 2 year's experience of a Reception/Team Assistant position. It is a fast paced environment, fun, varied and they want someone who really loves what they do. You will need to work as a team, take ownership of your tasks, you will be the face of the company and learn and thrive in the brilliant role, it really is an excellent opportunity.
Receptionist responsibilities
o Answering mainline, transfer calls and take messages
o Meeting and greeting visitors/guests and provide refreshments
o Maintaining the office environment in a first-class manner
o Order daily lunch
o Managing incoming and outgoing post, FedEx and deliveries
o Liaising with suppliers, booking couriers, ordering taxis
o Maintain conference room, kitchen, copy room etc. make sure these are
o are organised and stocked
o Order stationery and pantry supplies
o Go to the post office and any other errands when needed
o Assist with Events
o Ad-hoc tasks
Team Assistant responsibilities
o Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Investment Team
o Prepare documents and weekly pack for investment meetings
o Take notes at the weekly investment team meeting
o Diary management and organising meetings
o Arranging travel and accommodation
o Screening calls taking messages, judging importance of message and act
o accordingly
o Assist investment team with research requests
o Preparing PowerPoint presentations and business correspondence
o General administration, correspondence, printing, copying, binding and filing
o Expense administration
o Any ad-hoc tasks
o Assist with events
o Occasional personal admin

Salary: C. £30,000 – £32,000 per annum depending upon experience + excellent benefits package. The role would see you the office x5 days/week.
