Job Description
Due to an internal move my client, a leading independent Investment Manager, currently seek an Administrator to join their Dividends Team – duties will include:
* Assisting with daily validation / production of Tax Reclaims
* Liaising with HMRC to facilitate the reclaim process
* Allocating reclaimed funds to client income accounts
* Handling reclaims from a range of jurisdictions including Switzerland, France, Germany and Spain.
* Liaising with Investment Managers to ensure the efficient process of reclaims.
* Liaising with foreign settlements and arranging necessary FX transactions
* General administration duties
Candidates will ideally possess some exposure to the financial services sector along with good administration skills – experience of tax reclaims isn't necessary. A keen eye for detail along with strong numeracy and organisation skills with good knowledge of MS Excel.
