We are seeking a solution-orientated and target-driven RegTech Solutions Consultant to join a close-knit and friendly Sales Team on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of OTE £120,000 per annum plus benefits.

The RegTech Solutions Consultant role:
We are searching for an experienced, commercially minded compliance RegTech Solutions Consultant or similar professional with a passion for technology, a talent for business development, and a strong background in working with banks and asset/fund management clients across a range of regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities of our RegTech Solutions Consultant include:
Developing a sector/territory plan for a targeted list of accounts
Developing leads and generating pipeline from a combination of inbound enquiries, our existing client contacts, your own industry network, and outbound prospecting by phone, email, and using business/social communication tools such as LinkedIn
Managing the life cycle of an opportunity including prospect qualification/discovery, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations and contractual engagement
Log business development activities and run reports in (url removed)
Stay informed of new solutions, product enhancements, regulatory changes, industry trends and other relevant information. Understand the impact of this information on the client and the company, and convey it in an effective manner
Work with product experts and other members of the team to demonstrate our solution to existing and prospective clients
Work to achieve agreed targets
What we are looking for in our RegTech Solutions Consultant:
Ideally you will have significant compliance-related experience gained at a financial institution, legal practice, consultancy and/or the regulator
Good understanding of the FCA's policies and procedures
Strong technical knowledge and experience of advising banks, funds, private equity, corporate finance, and/or wealth/asset management firms
Experience managing long-term client relationships
Proven business development and consultancy sales experience
Good knowledge of and interest in the application of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions in financial services
Good understanding of the commercial business development and consultancy sales process
Proven track record of exceeding financial goals and sales targets
A strategic thinker with good judgement and a practical understanding of the sales process
Strong client-facing skills
An aptitude for business analysis and solutions design
Ability to negotiate and to close deals
Strong customer focus
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
