Job Description
Portfolio Credit Control are currently supporting a well-established Construction firm looking for an ambitious individual to join the finance function as a Credit Controller. The business has seen continued growth and are very well-known in the sector, always focusing on personal development and encouraging their employees to grow within themselves and the business. This is an exciting temporary 6 month hybrid position with the potential to be extended further and would suit someone with the desire to succeed.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

Ensure that all outstanding debts are pursued and collected in accordance with procedures
Seek out opportunities to improve process, procedures and controls
Process credit/debit card payments from debtors
Pro-active debt management to ensure lowest available aged debt on Accounts
Other reasonable duties as and when required

Candidate Requirements:

Have used ERP systems before (Oracle would be preference but SAP experience acceptable)
GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language
Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel)
