Senior Estimator

I'm representing a growing business who are in a sustained period of growth. Solid group established 30 years. With a new focus in the NW.

They are looking for a Senior Estimator to cover the NW region who has experience of growing and managing a team. We have new and long-standing clients and pride ourselves on our relationships with them. Our reputation is key to us. We hope that sounds like ethics you hold and that you also share our commitment to operational excellence.

Of course, you will also be an experience Estimator in your own right taking pride in the quality work and have over 5 years' experience either working in a current team of Estimators looking for the next step or looking for a new challenge with the chance to grow as we grow. Understanding of SOR codes, BoQs and schedule of works. Be able to read drawings, client specifications and provide a detailed scope of works with breakdown.
The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, competent whilst working within a mobile environment. The type of projects you will be involved in can range from steel frame sheds, refurbishment of existing buildings, extensions to schools, retail refurbishment ad extensions – encompassing new build and refurbishment of public and commercial sectors – from 3 to 8 million pound in project size.
