Job Description
We are a well-established financial services organisation and an industry leader in our field. Due to continued business growth, we are setting up a new department within the Legal and Compliance team. This new team is within the Quality Assurance side and therefore we are seeking an Administration Quality Assurance Team Leader to deputise for the Compliance Manager and oversee the Administration Quality Assessors.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can deliver on the Quality Assurance Framework and provide a high standard of professional and efficient customer service to all contacts. We are also looking for someone who can help always protect our organisations from fraudulent activity and act in a compliant manner, in line with regulatory guidelines and policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager and working leading a team of 4, the key responsibilities of the Administration Quality Assurance Team Leader are:

Deputise for the Compliance Manager as and when required
Responsible for delivery against the Quality Assurance Framework and keeping it up to date and in line with company expectations
Provide quality assurance for the business with a particular focus on specialised activities within IT and always ensure impartiality
Provide feedback on risks, controls and issues within the business
Responsible for the development of the Quality Assurance Assessors
Provide routine feedback from assurance activities to Team Leaders, Department Managers and staff outlining potential improvements, training needs, adherence to policy and procedures, trends and recognising where good performance has been achieved
Provide recommendations to management on where improvements can be made
Record assurance results for individuals and teams accurately and within SLA’s
Ensure the assurance results delivered by the Quality Assurance Assessor are accurate, appropriate and delivered within required SLA’s
Ensure records are updated and maintained in accordance within agreed policy and procedures
Work to agreed objectives, service standards and deliverables whilst adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures
Be a passionate advocate for improvement and change within the business
To be successful for the Administration Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will have a proven track record of leading people, have a technical background with experience in an IT and/or Finance environment and be able to share best practice and identify areas for improvement. You will ideally be educated to degree level also
