Job Description

Have you got Purchase Ledger experience, ideally within the Property Sector?

If the answers are yes then this is your opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Accounts Team based in London as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Here you’ll work alongside the Purchase Ledger Manager and the wider PL Team ensuring the efficient and accurate response to all types of purchase ledger queries.

You will be dealing with the management, investigations, monitoring and response to internal and external queries. You will be responsible for reconciliation of cheques, daily banking, statement reconciliations and will work closely with the procurement team to ensure any supplier issues are investigated and solved. You will liaise with property managers, facilities managers, surveyors and client accountants. 

Salary:             £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

Hours:             37 hours per week on a permanent contract

Location:        West London

If you have experience of working in a similar position within the property sector you would be ideal for this role! Experience of working in a similar position with high volume of customer service and investigation would also be considered.

Knowledge of the following systems are an advantage:

Qube
Tramps
Yardi
MRI 

Strong IT skills to include Vlookup and Pivot Tables are a must!
