Job Description
Role: Purchase Ledger Administrator
Location: Doncaster | potential for 1 day from home a week but need to start in the office full time
Duration: 2 months
Start Date: 03/10/2022
Hours: 37.5hrs p/w
Rate: £15.00p/h PAYE + holiday

Role Purpose:
Purchase ledger administrator processing invoices and looking after supplier accounts.

Duties:
* Processing high volume of invoices and identify invoices that need to be paid promptly and within credit terms.
* Preparing Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Preparing and processing payment runs – BACS.
* Maintain accurate supplier ledgers.
* Liaising with internal and external suppliers and customers on query resolution.
* All Invoices paid in line with prompt payment charter.
* Accurately process invoices and reconcile accounts at the end of each month.
* Month End deadlines met.
* Suppliers are paid on time.
* Clean debit balances.

Skills/Experience:
* Base understanding of accounts payable process.
* Strong IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables, lookup's, sum if's).
* Good interpersonal skills across all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales & deadlines.
* Oracle/EBS/Oracle Fusion experience
