Job Description
Managing Payroll Assistant with processing of various monthly payrolls, 7 in total. Circa 400 employees.

Reporting to the Financial Director.
Managing the production of all payrolls with 1 report.
Processing and managing benefit in kinds (P11D production).
Processing and managing pension and salary sacrifice Liaising with stakeholders (Senior management, HR, HMRC, Software provider).
Maintain company & HMRC deadlines for payroll processing.
Comply with HMRC dates to produce P11D's.

Well-organised, accurate & efficient. Good keyboard skills. Self-motivated, intuitive & proactive. Deadline driven. Have good communication skills and able to work productively with other.
