Job Description
We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to support a Payroll team and provide support to a Head office function.

The main duties will be:
Payroll processing
Production of leavers
Inputting timesheet to sage payroll
Printing & balancing of reports
Production of pension reporting
Bacs payments
RTI processing
Email payslips
Filing
Maintain holiday records , inc zero hours, annualised hour recordings
Answer queries
Maintain payroll email in box
Attachment of earnings order, maintain and pay
Recording of Fit Notes
Timesheets

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Highly analytical and attentive, with the ability to solve problems
Professional outlook and personality, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate under pressurised situations
Flexible outlook and approach to workload and working hours, to accommodate fast moving projects and ever evolving processes and changes to legislation
Solution orientated, un-phased by conflicting priorities and obstacles
Highly skilled in PAYE legislation
