We are currently recruiting for a Primary Servicing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in Uxbridge.

You will be working within an established team as a key part of Pepper's operations, receiving excellent support to ensure that you are successful in your role. Day-to-day, your role will involve end-to-end servicing and administration of the mortgage throughout the complete cycle.

We would like to hear from candidates with experience of delivering exceptional customer service and who are highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively and accurately.

As a Primary Servicing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

To deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
Daily interactions with customers and third parties via telephone and in writing
Managing your own workload efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
Liaising effectively with clients, representing Pepper appropriately
End-to-end servicing of mortgage/loans from completion through to redemption stage
Identification of potential efficiencies and delivering ideas to improve Pepper operations and the customer experienceWe would welcome applications for this Primary Servicing Specialist role from candidates with the following skills: Loan Administrator, Account Management, Loan Management, Arrears Management, Litigation, Customer Service, Administration, Mortgage Account Handler, Administration, Compliance.
