Job Description
International Payroll specialist

Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our industry expert client is looking for an experienced Payroller to join their team.

This job would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' payroll experience and has experience with international payroll.

You will have excellent attention to detail and strong administration and customer service skills, SAP and ADP will be beneficial also.

The company is a leader in its field and are renowned for looking after their team.

The successful individual will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to multitask and prioritise projects.

Advanced level Excel skills is also essential for this role.

Job responsibilities:

Perform detailed checks and analysis on the payroll prior to sign off
Preparing both UK and international payroll data for payroll processing by third party
To check SSP and full/half pay entitlements and notifying staff and HR as appropriate
Manage changes to employee pension contributions
Review and manage the Company's exposure to personal tax risks
Help prepare financial information for P11d reports and PSA submissions
Suggest and introduce process improvements where appropriate
