Insurance Client Service Advisor

Our high quality Insurance Broking client is rapidly expanding and is recruiting for Senior Insurance professionals to join their Technical Teams.

This is an exciting time to join them and they have opportunities at a range of levels, to suit your experience, which will challenge the more senior but also which will enable those at an earlier stage in their careers to be trained and develop their careers further.

Your general Insurance experience will enable you to provide prompt, accurate and effective account management support directly to clients and client facing teams.

If you have London Market Insurance experience you will be able to work alongside them to drive forward client and market relationships.

This is a role than can be based remotely so you can work from home but our Client also welcomes people to collaborate in the office when it's right for you and your team.

As an Insurance Client Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:

Support the delivery of your clients' business and risk management needs through the provision of high quality service
Keep track of impending renewals, gathering renewal information in good time to enable terms to be obtained
Liaise with Account Executives and Client facing teams to ensure the timely preparation of market documentation
Review, monitor and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, credit control and claims to ensure that the client's best interests are maintained
Support the creation of presentations for both new and existing clients
Perform quality control checks on all documentation prior to broking
Undertake second pair of eyes checks at relevant stages of the placement process
Undertake overseas / electronic marketing of risk where necessary To be a successful Insurance Client Service Advisor you will demonstrate:

Insurance experience in a client servicing role
If your experience is within Lloyd's/London Market that would be advantageous for senior roles
Providing clients with a prompt first class service and accurate information
Strongly organised with excellent attention to detail
Planning and prioritising including managing unexpected events to deliver to deadlines
Anticipating common problems impacting the team and takes preventative measures
Strong communication and influencing skills
