Job Description
My clients are an exciting, independent firm with an excellent reputation within the area, they are a successful firm based in South Wales and they are now looking for an experienced Independent financial adviser on an employed or self-employed basis.

Established in 2005, the team have been providing high quality financial planning advice to a wide range of clientele, many of whom they have advised for over 25 years; including business owners, professionals, retirees, and families.

They provide fully independent advice across a wide range of services including investments, retirement planning and estate planning. They are committed to putting clients at the heart of everything they do and to developing long-term relationships with their clients.

Responsibilities of the Independent Financial Adviser are:

Generating business and offering an excellent, bespoke service to those clients with a holistic approach.

Effectively selling the company's services across a wide spectrum of financial products.

Maintaining positive and profitable long-term relationships with clients in their best interests.

Requirements for this Independent Financial Adviser role:

Diploma Qualified equivalent in Financial Advice.

Full UK Driving License.

Leads provided (Client bank preferable for self-employed role)

Ethical and customer-focused approach.

Hours for the successful Independent Financial Adviser will be:

This will be dependent on it being self-employed or employed. For the employed role you will have some flexibility of working in the office and from home.

Salary Package for the successful Independent Financial Adviser: 

£35,000 – £45,000 Basic for employed

OTE – £60,000 – £80,000

Excellent commission splits and bonuses (Guarantee available for self-employed)
