Job Description
Walters People have partnered with a leading, global business based in Marylebone who are looking for and experienced Income Analyst on a permanent basis. You will report directly into the Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in the team to carry out accurate and efficient duties in Financial Accounts.

Key Responsibilities as the Income Analyst:
* Responsible for the bank reconciliation and dealing will all queries on bank related matters
* Process all entity treasury related accounting postings into finance systems (Business World)
* Monitoring of cash positions
* Manage manual outbound payments (UK and Foreign)
* Be the key contact during the year end audit, providing supporting documentation to the auditors
* Manage the credit card process and functionality throughout the company. Managing applications, amending limits, distributing cards, issuing monthly claim forms etc (Approx 40 cards)
* Preparation and updating of policies and procedures for all areas of responsibility
* Finance super user for Salesforce, assisting with the development of systems environment as required to improve processes and optimise results
* Validating and authorising subscription refunds and responsible for process of issuing cheque refunds for subscriptions which have been terminated
* Posting manual income receipts
* Monthly reporting of daily sales/refund transactions incl. posting journals. Responsible for accounting close and journal entries.

About you as the Income Analyst:
* ACCA part qualified or equivalent
* Strong Numeric Skills with a financial accounting background
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel
* An ability to build good relationships with business stakeholders, Adaptable team player with a positive & flexible attitude
* Willingness to learn & to apply an inquisitive mindset with a strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
