IFA Administrator Job in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham
Job Description
Role:
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a new challenge? Or an Administrator at the beginning of their career who would like to move into Financial Services?
Our client, located in Teesside (fantastic offices and free parking), has an immediate requirement for an IFA Administrator. The role comes with great benefits. The team are friendly, share and support each other and the business has a ‘family’ feel.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee administration and processing to completion
* Obtain illustrations and ensure support material is available
* Processing of commissions and payments
* Complete online processing of business on provider portals
* Check provider reports
* Raise invoices
* Enter and maintain client information on XPLAN system
* Able to take on general office administration such as typing, photocopying, maintaining filing system, dealing with post
* Liaison with advisers, clients and providers
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an IFA Administrative role or within a Financial Services environment
* Ability to build relationships with clients and providers
* Able to work under own initiative and prioritise work
* Strong and effective communicator
* A keen eye for detail
* Team player
* Knowledge of XPLAN would be desirable
* Excellent time-keeping skills
