HR Systems & Information Officer Job in Solihull, West Midlands (County)

Job Description
Our local authority client is currently looking to recruit a HR Systems & Information officer, initially for 1 month, however could be extended

The role will be based mainly at home with the occasional day in the office. However, initially you would start in the office for the first few days.

This person is required to work on a project where they are implementing Oracle CLOUD. You will be involved mainly in data migration, report testing and system testing.

Job details:

* To deliver accurate and timely HR information to facilitate effective decision-making.

* To deliver the yearly MI calendar of planned work to ensure information is delivered on time and meets the needs of customers.

* To lead and contribute in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of HR systems to ensure this meet the needs of the organisation.

* To lead on projects to support the Human Resources plan, to drive forward with continuous improvement through the exploitation of technology and process redesign.
