Job Description
An exciting role for people with 1-3 years' worth of experience within a banking regulatory environment. The role is of advisory nature with strong stakeholder management and passion for compliance with various departments of the organisation
Supports the development of strategies for efficient implementation of key TPG policies, processes and systems.
Assists in the day-to-day interactions with functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure TPG processes are developed and maintained to a standard that is acceptable to regulators.
Responsible for recognising and escalating process issues.
Regularly engages with senior stakeholders to understand and drive compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Maintains an overview of all interactions with relevant stakeholders in co-ordination with the Head of TPG Inter-Affiliate, global management, the Legal Department and Compliance.
Advantageous to have strong office skills, stakeholder management, systems and tools maintenance as well as advisory capacity
