Job Description
Financial Services Administrator

Salary £23,000 – £26,000

This company have superb offices in Leeds city centre but also offer hybrid working.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a busy and strategic team within a key role of Financial Services Administrator. This role will offer support to a small team of Independent Financial Advisors, providing a range of administrative tasks, in addition to being a key point of contact for clients, building relationships. We are looking for Candidates with experience of working within an Independent Financial Advisory environment, where you have provided administration or PA support.

What will the role involve:

Supporting a small team of Independent Financial Advisors with daily tasks to support clients
Working with new and existing business to process relevant documentation
Keeping files continually updated in accordance with FCA guidance
Looking after the activity associated with work, keeping all stakeholders continually updated
Preparing all financial services related correspondence
Keeping the CRM system updated, ensuring KYC information is accurately maintained
Invoicing and maintaining client files effectively, being aware of any possible compliance or risk issues

What we are looking for:

Experience of working within a similar role within Financial Services, ideally with CF1 (Certificate of Financial Administration)
Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office
Really strong communication skills, able to build relationships with ease
Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
A conscientious approach to your work, keen to make a valuable contribution with your input
Highly organised
