Job Description
I am delighted to be working with a thriving, professional Financial Planning firm with offices across Scotland in their search for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team in Glasgow on a hybrid working model, supporting the advisers in the office across the full administrative function.

This position is a diverse role offering a blend of IFA support and PA duties, ideal for someone already working in a similar role within a wealth management or advisory firm, whom enjoys the administrative side of the business.

As a Financial services Administrator, you shall be responsible for:

* Managing your assigned Directors/Advisers diary, coordinating new and existing client meetings

* Ensuring client files and information is up to date and accurate on the database

* Assisting in the process of onboarding new clients

* Preparing all client files e.g. valuations, illustrations, sending out LOA’s, fund fact sheets etc.

* Processing new business applications and supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have experience in Financial Services administration, with an understanding of how wrap platforms work. In addition you should be highly organised, with good attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, with the able to prioritise workloads effectively.
