Job Description
The Recruitment Group is hiring!
We're on the lookout for a full or part time Finance Manager for our lovely client in Abingdon.  Working 9-5 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch – this is completely flexible around your work load.

About the role:
You will be responsible for all aspects of the companies Accounts/ Bookkeeping so previous experience is essential.

Accounts Payable – posting and paying supplier invoices
Accounts Receivable – customer receipts, Sales Order invoicing
Monthly Meterage Billing process
Credit control – Daily balance updates
Bank reconciliation
Payroll / Payroll Recs & Journals – USING SAGE PAYROLL
P11D calculations and reporting to HMRC
Pension – NEST
VAT returns – Quarterly
Monthly Management information – producing Management accounts and comparison/variation analysis
Accruals / Prepayments / Deferred Income / Accrued Income Journals
Cash flow management
Keeping monthly stock records
Stock Journals
Fixed Asset register / Depreciation Journals
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Year End reporting (working with External Auditors)
Director Dividends
Adhoc admin duties as and when required….. there is the HR side, sickness & holiday records etc  (within Sage Payroll)
Maintaining company files and records i.e. Insurance docs, Company car records etc
Logging service calls for engineers / liaising with Engineers
