Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a growing business based in Whiteley, Hampshire, to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time contract basis for a duration of 5 to 6 months. Working as part of a well-established team, my client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work on an interesting project.

This role will be a mixture of office and remote working.

What will the role involve?

Follow up end of contract fees;
Assess if a query and move into the correct query category;
Ensure correct and accurate information is documented;
Provide weekly debtor reports with corresponding progress and collection notes;
Follow company processes and monitor dunning system;
Take credit card payments;
Identify risk indicators of bad debt and relay this to the Credit Control Manager;
Any Ad Hoc requests to help with collection of debt.
Suitable Candidate:

Strong IT skills, with ability to work on multiple systems;
Relevant credit control experience;
Excellent Telephone communication skills are essential;
Good negotiation skills;
High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks;
Ability to work well within a team;
Problem-solving skills;
Adaptability and initiative;
High Level of attention to detail accuracy.
