Job Description
Finance Assistant
One of my long standing clients are looking for a Finance Assistant to come join them on a temp basis for 2-3 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent finance experience within credit control and accounts receivable. Are you actively looking for a new opportunity within a fast growing organisation? The key responsibilities include:
* Invoices and credit notes
* Ensure all invoices are raised before month-end
* Manage and review bank accounts
* Issue statements to customers monthly highlighting any outstanding invoices
* Review customer account balances
* Carry out credit checks where appropriate
* Monitor invoice maintenance contracts with customers
* Maintain tasks within the credit control function
* Reconciliations where necessary
The skills / experience / knowledge required:
* Robust credit control / accounts receivable experience
* Attention to detail
* Great communication skills
* Well organised
