GoHenry is a London and New York-based fintech company that pioneered the youth fintech and financial education category. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Family Finance and Special Accounts Team Leader.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will play an essential part in supporting the Family Finance and Special Accounts team. Your primary role to ensure work is assigned and actioned effectively by that team, that they have the necessary direction and support to do their jobs well and meet the department’s targeted SLAs.

We are looking for an organised problem solver who is enthusiastic about all things gohenry and who works well in a team. This is an interesting and varied role, and you will be the go to person.

Our ops Family Finance and Special Accounts team is based in Farnborough, Hampshire and operates 8.00am to 6.00pm, 7 days per week. The need for flexibility in working hours will need to be understood by any successful candidate.

This role is working in the office Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with flexibility to work different hours and weekends as and when needed with Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their skillset, while working and supporting some of our Senior Management Teams and service providers.

Responsibilities:

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

– Ensuring the team provides the best possible level of service, both to our members and to the wider GoHenry teams.

– Efficient assignment of tasks, to meet both workload demands and targeted SLA’s.

– Effective management and resolution of escalations and complaints from the team.

– Performance management of your team.

– Be available, visible, and able to answer any questions.

– Conducting a concise daily roundup of activities.

– Onboarding new team members with training and advice on best practice and query solutions.

– Ensuring processes are up to date, including maintaining version control for any changes required.

– Ensuring templates are created and updated as an when required.

– Clear communication of any issues to the relevant internal department as appropriate.

– Helping maintain a happy and motivated team.

What we’re looking for:

You tick each of our three of our Family Finance and Special Accounts Team Leader-must-haves:

– Experience of supervising a team, preferably (but not necessarily) in a contact centre environment.

– An ability to be very organised, set priorities but be able to flex these when needed!

– Competent use of computer software to prepare reports and documents via Microsoft and/or Google-Suite.
